Job Description

If you love cats and dogs and are jazzed by the idea of helping create a newer, better full-service pet destination that makes life grand for pets and easy for their owners, Paradise might be calling your name.

We are currently seeking part time agents for our Reservations Center which services our locations (resorts) across the country. We are looking for high-energy individuals who are articulate, engaging, have a positive attitude and are passionate about consistently creating that spot-on reservation for our guests.

Come join our team as an onsite inbound call center representative providing outstanding expectations and customer service through phone or chat averaging 50-60 inbound calls per day.

Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 6am-8pm, Saturday-Sunday 8am-8pm.

  • Must be willing to work ONE weekend day per week -6% shift differential on weekends
  • Minimum of 4 hour shifts per day but flexible days/hours!!
  • This is an onsite position, working out of the Call Center location at 5130 University Blvd West, Jacksonville FL 32216.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED. Will consider 1-2 related experience and/or training in lieu of education requirement.
  • Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with computer systems (Microsoft Office) and reservations software
  • Reliable and flexible to Reservation Center's schedule needs, including holidays as these are our busiest times.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills including professional and polished phone etiquette
  • Experience and ability to handle multiple phone lines
  • Goal-oriented with a healthy competitive spirit
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
