The Lead Facilities Associate is an experienced team member who can coordinate and perform general maintenance, small projects, and preventative services for our resorts. The Lead Facilities Associate is responsible for repair works, special projects, and training elements of the maintenance team.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of small capital projects
• Train and coach facilities associates in conjunction with direction from Regional Facilities leadership
• Coordinate small capital projects with Regional Facilities Manager and leadership
• Coordinate and assist with market purchases, stocking
• Under direct supervision, performs basic administrative tasks within Facilities Management
• Ability to travel 25% of time

Experience and certifications preferred:

• HVAC
• Carpentry
• Painting
• Plumbing
• General facility repairs
• EPA Certification preferred
• Pools & Facilities Certification preferred

Requirements: 

• Certification in one or more areas via a technical school or other specialized school preferred.
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training required.
• Qualified individual must have own vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. A team-lift may be required for heavier items.
• Ability to pass a background check.
