The Wellness Plan Program Manager will play a critical role in driving overall growth by providing an intense and dedicated focus on the company’s Wellness Plan program. Through its’ Wellness Plan offerings, NewDay provides industry-leading preventative care for thousands of pets while ensuring piece-of-mind and value for clients. This leader will seek ways to optimize the overall program, help patients and clients realize the full benefit of their plans, and grow our Wellness Plan client population to create increased value for patients, clients, and the company. Based out of the company’s headquarters in Jacksonville, FL and reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the Wellness Plan Program Manager will be a key member of the company’s veterinary leadership team and will work directly with field operations teams as well as cross-functionally with different departments and external vendor partners to effectively analyze data and develop initiatives aimed at driving growth and value while fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
