Pet Paradise Resort is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Associate to perform general maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair work for our resort. The Facilities Maintenance Associate will be called upon to make repairs to kennel suites and public spaces as necessary including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs.  You will perform maintenance and repairs for assigned area of expertise such as the interior and exterior of buildings, kennel suites and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, and water treatment systems, and swimming pool-if applicable. You will undertake plumbing, painting, decorating, carpentry and minor electrical and mechanical engineering work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient systems within the resort.

Required Qualifications:

• Two to Four years of related experience
• Must have own vehicle
• Must have Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience and knowledge HVAC, Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing and General Repairs
• Certification in one or more areas via a technical school or other specialized school 
• CPO ("Certified Pool Operator") certification
